Cars have GPS’s; we are born with access to a powerful tool called an Internal Guidance System (IGS), says Zen Cryar DeBrucke. It’s a broader, wiser and more infinite part of ourselves. When it’s closed, we feel constriction in our chests or a tightness in our stomachs, or lumps in our throats–and if we don’t know how to change our thoughts and shift our perspective, that leads to misery and suffering. Once we learn how to access our own IGS, we can leave painful memories behind, abandon destructive relationship patterns, and create the life of our dreams. As we increase our level of consciousness and capacity to remain present to our IGS’s we move toward divine collaboration with others, leading to more love, joy, compassion and forgiveness on the planet. And pure fun!
